What’s Included in the Accelerator

Once you enroll, you will receive program onboarding details and session schedule by email. The exact format (group calls, 1:1 touchpoints, length) can be adapted to your chosen cohort structure, but a typical Accelerator may include:

  • Step-by-step implementation roadmap for your PSA documentation, operations, and early marketing systems.
  • Live working sessions or office hours (group and/or 1:1) focused on doing the actual work together.
  • Guided use of the AAA Consultant digital products you select or already own (Startup Kit, Compliance Bundle, etc.).
  • Checklists, assignments, and progress tracking to keep you moving between calls.
  • Q&A support around practical agency-building questions and how to sequence your next steps.
How it works: After enrollment, you’ll receive:
  • A welcome email with program overview and expectations.
  • Your cohort start date and call schedule (or rolling start details).
  • Instructions on any pre-work and which toolkits to have ready.
